Our Client List

Our Process from Website Design to Marketing Materials and beyond.

The MSD work process has evolved over the years. We created the process to guarantee that our clients receive the very best results from us. Our process remains the same, from websites to logos, to DVD/CD-Rom creation, we understand that the following three steps are crucial for customer satisfaction.

Step I: Getting to know you and your business.
Whether we are creating websites, logos or providing any of our other services, getting to know our clients is the most important step in our process.  Understanding our clients and what it is they do, results in a design that is tailored to their needs.

Step II: The design development stage.
Logos, websites, and marketing materials are all a part of a business’ identity.  Many of our clients come to us with several of these elements already in place.  Some have already developed a logo, a business card and marketing materials, but require website design services.  This challenges us to incorporate their existing brand elements in our designs.  We have been able to integrate our designs with an already established company image.

On the other hand, we also work with new businesses that have yet to develop a brand for their company.  In this case, we develop designs that can be expanded beyond their initial purpose.  Regardless of the circumstance, we work hand-in-hand with our clients to provide the best design.

Step III: Project Service from the inside, out.
In many cases, we offer services that compliment each other.  For example, website design, website hosting and search engine optimization, all work together for the best results.  We provide for our clients a complete breakdown of the services we offer and our recommendation for optimum development.
